For instance, who else would spend four hours of her Saturday (a very busy day for realtors) helping you run a garage sale? She is always enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and has such a great positive spirit that really helps keep you motivated through the process of selling a house. She knows exactly what you need to do (and don't need to do) to sell your house, is very current on pricing, and motivated.
